Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Perform cleanup, debris removal, and general site maintenance
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and project timelines
- Support skilled trades with material staging and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with consistent attendance
- Basic hand/power tool experience preferred but not required
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (training provided)
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments
