Responsibilities
- System Installation & Repair: Execute residential and commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance with precision.
- Problem Diagnosis: Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national building codes and safety standards.
- Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and professionally to homeowners and business owners.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and vehicle supplies efficiently.
- Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment after every job completion.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Current and valid Pennsylvania Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, pipefitting, welding, and soldering.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs), work in confined spaces, and endure physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Soft Skills: Strong time management, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality.
