Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and wiring issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding project timelines and requirements.
- Assist senior technicians with complex projects and inspections.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are eager to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
