Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all wiring and fixtures are up to code.
- Prepare work areas by gathering necessary tools and materials before shift begins.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed during all tasks.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Transport tools and equipment to various job sites within the Miami area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of standing, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong desire to learn the trade with a positive and eager attitude.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
