Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, devices, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure longevity and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates and explaining technical details.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols on every job site.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and climb ladders as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
