Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA compliance
- Install/assemble structural frameworks and concrete forms
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for accurate implementation
- Ensure site safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Perform quality control checks per project specifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
- Proficient with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme temperatures
- Background in concrete work, framing, or site utilities
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical examination
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
