Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, pipe bursts, and fixture replacements.
- Install and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters and piping.
- Adhere to all local San Francisco plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and professionally.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to prevent future issues and ensure system efficiency.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Plumber License (or equivalent state certification).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in tight or elevated spaces.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
