Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
- Perform basic tasks such as pulling wire, stripping conductors, and installing outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Study blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers to answer questions and explain work being performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized personal workspace and common areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of math, especially fractions and measurements.
- Strong desire to learn and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
