Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Perform basic electrical inspections and safety checks under supervision.
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Valid California Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
