Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs.
- Learn to operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely.
- Prepare job sites by organizing materials and ensuring a clean work environment.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or journeyman license is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physically able to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights (ladders/cherry pickers).
