Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for precise project execution
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead apprentices and junior technicians on complex projects
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and building inspectors
- Maintain inventory and equipment for optimal job site efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee electrical license (journeyman or master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Expertise in both residential and commercial electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends for emergencies
- Proficiency with electrical testing tools and diagnostic software
