Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform basic tasks such as drilling holes, pulling wire, and terminating devices (outlets, switches, fixtures).
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal electrical training is required; we provide the training!
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong desire to learn, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
