Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Locate and diagnose complex plumbing issues using state-of-the-art video inspection tools.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide transparent, high-quality solutions.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local and state plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and ensure the proper maintenance of company tools and vehicle.
Qualifications
- Current North Carolina Journeyman Plumbing License (essential).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials, fittings, and modern plumbing technologies.
- Valid, clean North Carolina Driver’s License with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
