Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs and installations efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using modern diagnostic tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical details clearly to clients.
- Ensure all work meets strict local building codes and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with dispatch and administrative teams.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various environments (under sinks, in attics, outdoors).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to obtain necessary trade certifications through our training program.
