Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing/conduit systems and circuit breakers
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Perform safety inspections and code compliance checks
- Operate hand/power tools (drills, saws, testers) safely
- Participate in 40-hour weekly on-the-job training
- Maintain clean job sites and organize materials
- Document work progress and complete reporting forms
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
