Job Summary:

Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
- Prepare and organize job sites, including laying out materials and tools.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, fastening connections, and mounting outlets.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required for job site travel).
- Basic understanding of math and measurements is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the electrical trade.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
