Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including framing, concrete pouring, and material installation
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and hand tools with expert proficiency
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate project execution
- Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce site safety protocols
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and electricians for seamless workflow
- Inspect materials for quality standards and report deficiencies
- Manage waste disposal and site cleanliness throughout construction phases
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction or trade experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends on project deadlines
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
