Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and repair.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to plan installations.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status.
- Use hand and power tools correctly and safely.
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable hands-on electrical experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and wiring standards.
- Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
