Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Learn to read electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and inspections
- Master electrical tools and diagnostic equipment
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to travel to job sites across Indianapolis
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation to our 456 Energy Drive facility
