Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Respond to emergency weekend calls within 2-hour SLA
- Diagnose issues using advanced leak detection and pipe inspection tools
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory and order parts for weekend service vehicles
- Train junior plumbers on weekend-specific protocols
- Document service reports using digital CRM system
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed plumbing experience
- Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber certification
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Advanced expertise in water heater repair and sewer line diagnostics
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Weekend availability required (Sat/Sun 6AM-8PM)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
