Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems.
- Learn and adhere to all local and national electrical codes, OSHA safety standards, and company protocols.
- Perform basic tasks such as pulling wire, mounting outlets and fixtures, and assisting with panel wiring.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring tools and materials are accounted for.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Participate in daily toolbox talks and safety briefings to stay informed on site hazards.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal electrical training is required; we will train the right candidate.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques in a fast-paced environment.
