Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures
- Follow blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure code compliance
- Safely operate hand tools and power equipment for electrical installations
- Collaborate with journeymen electricians on residential and commercial projects
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical components
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and building codes
- Document work progress and maintain organized job site cleanliness
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to work in various environments (climbing, lifting, confined spaces)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (Journeyman Electrician license)
