What You Will Do:
Our apprentices play a vital role in our daily operations. You will work alongside experienced journeyman electricians to gain hands-on knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Learn to interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform routine equipment testing and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Handle tools and materials with care, reporting any necessary repairs.
- Shadow senior staff to observe best practices and safety protocols.
- Complete required training modules and safety certifications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- No prior experience required—willingness to learn is the primary requirement.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
