Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including pulling wire, stripping insulation, and terminating connections.
- Install and maintain electrical components such as outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and panels.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero prior electrical experience who are willing to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic math skills and problem-solving abilities.
