Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support experienced technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Material Preparation: Prepare and organize work areas, tools, and materials to ensure efficient workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Learn to use electrical testing equipment to diagnose faults and verify circuit integrity under supervision.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and time logs for daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary for travel to job sites.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn the trade and a positive attitude toward mentorship.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfort with basic measurements and calculations is helpful.
