Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Prepare job sites by laying out materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance with local codes.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met.
- Document work completed and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior experience or licensure required; we train the right candidates.
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read measurements are a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
