Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Lead crews on large-scale projects and ensure safety protocols
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Manage inventory and order materials for projects
- Train apprentices on best practices and code compliance
- Coordinate with contractors and building inspectors
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Master Electrician license required
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and Florida regulations
- Proficiency with troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
- Proven leadership experience with project teams
