Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage complex plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of apprentice and journeyman plumbers.
- Perform diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Interact with clients to provide professional estimates and updates.
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License issued by the State of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and blueprint reading.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
