Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support daily installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Learn Electrical Systems: Gain hands-on knowledge of residential and commercial wiring, lighting, and circuitry.
- Material Handling: Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites safely.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Blueprint Reading: Begin training on how to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Assist in basic diagnostic testing of electrical systems.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Perfect for high school graduates or career changers looking to start in the trades.
- High School Diploma: Must possess a diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must be able to travel to various job sites in Charlotte and Florida.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and basic calculations.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to safety protocols.
