Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial wiring installations and repairs.
- Perform basic electrical maintenance, including replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
- Install conduit, wiring, and other electrical components according to blueprints.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Learn to identify and troubleshoot electrical issues under supervision.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic measurements.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to obtain required state licensure (we assist with study materials).
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
