Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various environments.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including conduit bending, wire stripping, and organizing job sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company protocols at all times.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and multimeters, under close supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and obtain Journeyman certification.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
