As part of our full-time workforce, you will work alongside certified master electricians to gain hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. Responsibilities
- Assist Master Electricians: Provide hands-on support on various residential and commercial electrical projects.
- Tool Handling: Learn to properly use, maintain, and handle electrical hand tools and power equipment safely.
- Blueprint Reading: Study and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics to understand wiring layouts.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by gathering materials, laying out conduits, and ensuring a clean workspace.
- Installation Support: Help with the installation of wiring systems, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and work ethic over previous history.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
