Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Use hand and power tools, including multimeters, conduit benders, and wire strippers.
- Learn and apply industry-standard wiring techniques and NEC codes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train motivated candidates from scratch.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (on-site training provided).
