Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Prepare work areas by organizing tools, materials, and equipment.
- Learn and adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Run and terminate conduit and wiring under supervision.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on electrical circuits and fixtures.
- Keep the job site clean and organized at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to obtain an Electrical Journeyman License upon completion of apprenticeship.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and climb ladders.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- No prior electrical experience is necessary; we teach you everything!
