Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment according to blueprints.
- Learn and strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as pulling wire, mounting outlets, and replacing switches.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to ensure project efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Attend regular training sessions and safety meetings to advance your skills.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide the training.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and on ladders.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple diagrams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
