Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Install and connect wiring, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are looking for raw talent and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Willingness to obtain necessary trade certifications upon hiring.
