Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare work areas by laying out materials, tools, and equipment before the job begins.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all electrical work meets local and national safety codes.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor electrical issues under supervision to learn diagnostic skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Handle materials and equipment with care, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to learn and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills are necessary for measurements and calculations.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
- No prior experience is necessary; we train the right candidates.
