Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams under supervision.
- Perform basic electrical tasks including wire stripping, conduit bending, and outlet installation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on job sites.
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with the team and report any safety concerns or material needs to supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurements accurately.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn a trade and work in a hands-on environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
