Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform routine site preparation, including cleaning, organizing, and securing tools and materials.
- Learn and strictly adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Load and unload electrical components from delivery trucks and prepare materials for use.
- Help with pulling wire, mounting boxes, and basic conduit bending under supervision.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and obtain journeyman certification.
- Basic understanding of math (fractions, measurements) is a plus.
