Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection, pipe repair, and fixture installation.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues efficiently and provide accurate cost estimates to customers.
- Adhere to all local building codes and safety regulations in Massachusetts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clear communication during every job.
- Manage inventory and ensure the company vehicle and tools are maintained and clean.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to schedule appointments and manage service calls effectively.
Qualifications
- Current Master Plumber License or Journeyman License in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Basic math skills for reading blueprints and measuring materials.
