Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Prepare work areas by gathering necessary tools, materials, and equipment before the start of each job.
- Perform basic tasks such as stripping wire, mounting outlets, and replacing light fixtures under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics to understand wiring layouts.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and aptitude over history. A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to obtain required certifications and licenses as you progress in your career.
