Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, bending conduit, and hanging fixtures under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Answer customer inquiries professionally and represent the company brand.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills are required for measurements and calculations.
- Must be available for part-time shifts and occasional overtime.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
