Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks on equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of mathematics and measurements.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and working in various environments.
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and licensing.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
