Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including pulling wire, stripping insulation, and terminating conductors.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Follow all company safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we value attitude, aptitude, and willingness to learn over history.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
