Responsibilities
- Assist Journeymen: Support senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Tools & Safety: Maintain a clean workspace, organize tools, and strictly adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times.
- Blueprint Reading: Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams under supervision.
- Wiring & Connections: Assist in pulling wire, installing outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by digging trenches, drilling holes, and setting poles as directed.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly service to clients and maintain a professional appearance on-site.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time, overtime, and weekend shifts as needed.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary! We provide the training; you provide the drive.
