Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Plumbers: Learn hands-on from certified journeymen to install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Job Site Preparation: Gather necessary tools, materials, and equipment before starting daily tasks.
- System Diagnosis: Observe and assist in identifying common plumbing issues, leaks, and blockages under supervision.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with homeowners, explaining repairs clearly and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Inventory Management: Help track and organize parts and supplies to ensure job efficiency.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: This is an entry-level position designed for career changers or those looking to enter the trade.
- Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on feet for long hours, and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
