Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential and commercial settings.
- Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate electrical boxes according to local and national codes.
- Perform basic electrical testing and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment, including job site cleanup.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Study blueprints and diagrams to understand the scope of work.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication) are required.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
