We are currently seeking motivated and eager-to-learn individuals to join our team as Electrician Apprentices. Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and preventative care on electrical equipment.
- Ensure all work sites are kept clean, organized, and safe according to OSHA and local safety codes.
- Handle electrical materials and tools with care, maintaining inventory as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop skills in conduit bending, wiring terminations, and circuit testing under supervision.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces.
- Strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards training.
- Basic computer skills are a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
