Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and wiring.
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks on electrical equipment and circuits.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Erect and dismantle temporary wiring, lighting, and equipment as needed for projects.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to restore power and functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tool organization and job site cleanliness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and the ability to understand technical instructions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
