Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman and Master electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and ensuring a clean working environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols strictly at all times.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites using company vehicles or personal transport as directed.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, mounting outlets, and assisting with panel upgrades under supervision.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand electrical schematics with the help of senior staff.
- Document work orders and report any equipment issues or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or licenses are required; we are looking for a willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly; comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication skills.
